Every year, I watch the Superbowl halftime with my family. I am not a football fan, so I don't actually watch the game. I like seeing the performance during halftime. Personally, it's my favorite part. One I really enjoyed was Beyoncé's performance. It was a lot of fun to watch. In elementary school, my family and I used to go to Superbowl parties. But in high school, since it ends so late, I'll be too tired to go to school.

DeleteI have never watched the Superbowl and do not plan on starting this year. I have no interest in football whatsoever, and I also don't usually care about who’s performing during the halftime show. I watched part of the halftime show a few years ago, when Katy Perry performed, but that's the only time I’ve ever watched it.

DeleteI know lots of families have traditions surrounding the Superbowl or other sport events but my family does not. My parents grew up never watching a sport religiously so I have grown up not watching them. We have actually never watched a whole game together. We don't watch the half time either as we never make time for it. It's just not something I've grown up with.
ReplyDeletesame thing for me, I tried watching it before to see how it was however I had no clue what the heck was going on. Not much of an introduction to the sport itself , and I don't feel like studying a sport that I don't have great interests in the first place.

DeleteI will be watching the superbowl because I watch it every year. But sometimes I only watch part of the game, so that i can see the halftime. In my opinion the halftime is my favorite part. One of my favorite tradition for the Superbowl is that we get to watch it at a friends house and I think that it is always more fun to watch something with friends and family.

DeleteMy family is a healthy mix of pretty much every graduation of football fan; some of us are pretty hardcore into football, whereas some of us don't really follow it at all. Regardless, my family gets together each year for the Grey Cup and the Superbowl and we watch all together and eat subs and chili and have a Supergreat time. I love watching the Superbowl.

DeleteI will be watching the game at my oncles house like I usually do. We watch it together every year t his house and he always makes a lot of food and then 30% of it doesn’t get eaten and then he gets very upset. I do not only watch the halftime show, I watch the entire game and I really do look forward to the halftime show. As I said before, I go to my oncles house every year for the past 4 years for the super bowl. I do indeed watch the entire game and the halftime show with my family.

i'm not much of a sports person in general however I respect those who do as I see it as a form of entertainment like youtube.
I don't really care that justin timberlake will be singing there(no offense, he makes great music and is a great person) it isn't a reason for me to watch the super bowl though I think my step dad will as he's head over heels for sports but for skiing and golf but he'll probably watch the super bowl as well. I don't know the rules of the game however I do have respect for the players as well as they're pros and pros are incredibly good in the sports the play however I don't have great interest in the super bowl in general(no offense to whoever likes the super bowl it's just that the last time I watched it,I had no clue what was going on, which was a bad introduction to the super bowl)
Fun trivia did you know that video games in some countries is considered a sport by law. they're called esports i'd like to know everyone's opinion on weather they believe its a sport or not as they're game types like moba's where there are teams of people who train and hone their skills on characters to play similar to that of chess which is also considered a sport, to fps games where its based on your reflexes and how quickly you react to the situation accordingly(its also usually in teams) Anyway i'd like to know your guy's opinions on that matter

DeleteI will probably not be watching the Superbowl game, i have never watched the football game their is two time that i had watched a little bit of it and the only reason was because my uncle was watching it and had us over to watch it with him. The other time was when i was with my friends and we had only watched the half time show.
ReplyDeleteI don't usually watch the superbowl because i am usually doing something when the games are happening, usually my own sports, and also I live with 3 girls and my dad, and he's never really liked football, not saying that girls can't like football too, but it was just never an interest of my family, so I don't think that will change this year.

DeleteI have never really watched any part of the Superbowl before. I don’t and never had any interest in football. I never learned how it worked, or who played it, or which teams were good. It seems like so many Americans are extremely into it though, even if their national sport is actually baseball. I’m sure there’s a whole bunch of random cool facts and whatnot about the sport and the event which is literally the only football game I ever hear of, but what I’ve heard doesn’t really catch my attention at all. The only thing I know about the Superbowl is that there IS a halftime show, which I happen to know nothing about. I haven’t ever been to a superbowl party, at least not that I remember, but this year I’ve been invited to one and I don’t know if I should go because of my knowledge of the game.

DeleteI will be watching the Superbowl this weekend. I am not really a football fan but I still enjoy watching the super bowl because it's a very large event. I also watch to halftime show and I find it pretty impressive how they set up a stage, do a performance and clean all that up just in time for the game to start up again. I don't have any traditions on super bowl my family and I usually just watch it after we eat supper.

Deletei might watch the Superbowl. it really depends on my mood that night. as you can probably tell, the superbowl isnt exactly something that is that important in my family. i watch it sometimes with friends but it really depends on what im doing before and if im the mood to stop that or not. and the halftime show is even dumber. if i do watch that, i usually do something else during halftime.
ReplyDeleteMy family and I aren't big football fans. But for some reason we still end up watching the super bowl even though we don't understand the sport. Our main focus is mostly on the halftime show, since we enjoy the music. Our main tradition is to get a bunch of snacks and "Watch" the game. I personally just enjoy the halftime show.

ReplyDeletei like Superbowl but not like like it i mean it fun to watch by im not interested in football although my dad and uncles are. every year we try and watch the game but since my family doesn't have cable TV we need to go to sometimes house to watch it but we do end up watching it. we have no traditions.
ReplyDeleteI don't know If I am going to watch the Super Bowl. My family and I usually do every year but since my step dad has to fly to Orlando for work on the day of the Super Bowl we won't be watching it together.
ReplyDeleteLike I said before my family and I watch the Super Bowl each year and we have developed some traditions over the years. My mom always makes chili and we buy lots of appetizers the day before. For example; pigs in a blanket. Those are really good.
It feels good when the family gets together, and even though my step dad won't be able to join us this year there is always next year and the year after that. It is not the end of the world. Just the end of the football season.
Since I'm not really into sports, I will probably not be watching the SuperBowl. In my opinion I find watching sports pretty boring, but I do respect the people that enjoy it. I think I've only watched it once a few years ago when Beyonce performed in like 2013, but that's about it. In conclusion, I find the SuperBowl super boring therefore I will not be watching it this year or in any previous years.

DeleteI dont know if i am going to watch the game coming up. it all depends on how i am feeling. i am not a big fan of football but i will most of the time watch the Superbowl. my family doesnt have any special traditions for the Superbowl because we are not big football fans. the halftime shows are always alright but as Damian said its pretty crazy how they put that all together and take it down so fast.
ReplyDeleteI will most likely not be watching the Superbowl. Last time I saw it was with Beyoncé but that's about it. I don't hate sports I just don't take interest in the Superbowl. I've watched the hockey game before and I've even went live to the bell centre. I'm also just not interested in it right now. I feel like I have too many other things going on that I don't even have time to watch the superbowl if I wanted to.
ReplyDeleteThis blog is super late because I've been sick the past days but I'm still doing it for some reason. I prefer to play sports than watch sports so I don't usually watch sports unless its the olympics or a special occasion. In the past I've watched the half time show and watched highlights of the game, that is what I'm probably going to do tonight if I feel like it but I think my family is watching a movie instead.
