Be creative and write about something you feel important or something you would like to tell your audience. Write about something you are passionate about.
You must remember your audience. It is not simply me (Mr. Katz) reading this blog!
If you will be ranting about a certain individual, you need to leave their name out of this. You could give them a pseudonym (example: Mr. Ed) or simply leave their name as anonymous.
Make sure your language is appropriate. Do not go on swearing tangents and try not to blog about blogs :)

DeleteFor my blog I have no idea what to write about so im just gonna write about blogs. Blogs take me about 1 minute to do but are so annoying. The website doesn't work a lot of the times and sometimes I'll publish my blog but it never even shows up. At that point I just don't bother redoing my blog and sacrifice some marks. Also I sometimes remember to do blogs the day after they are due so sometimes Ill go back and do it.

DeleteI just finished my journalists biography like the bad b*tch I am. I reaaly need to paint my nails but also im getting them done on vacation so I donèt really know what to do. I just realized that my keyboard is still in french. I fixed it. One time I sculpeted an elepant in grade six and I'm staring at it right now because y grandfather still displays it. Each one of my mom's birhtdays I ge her a cow themed mug and were working towards having a heard of cow muga.

ReplyDeleteI’m really not sure what to blog about... to keep with everyone’s theme of this blog i’m honestly just going to say what i’m doing right now. I’m currently sitting in my living room watching Scandal while sitting next to my dog. My kitten just started to eat the elastic on my wrist, so I tossed him off the couch. I don’t have that much homework tonight which is good. But I’m really stressed about a history assignment that was given to me, just a couple days ago. My class was FOR SURE not given enough time to complete it but, oh well. That’s all I really have to say for now. It’s all I can come up with

I think everyone's story is going to be unique as we all had to choose just one story. I’m sure there are going to be a few really out of the ordinary stories. I can't wait to get this week over with and into spring break. I've had like 4 or 5 tests in the past 3 days, I have also had so many projects due and not only for the disaplinary project. Plus it was my birthday this week so that made it pretty cramed but we are celebrating it on Saturday. I've had hockey on Monday, Tuesday and then Friday. This week has just been nonstop rushing and working for me and I need a break. I need spring break.

DeleteI love my dog very much. His name is Jax and he is very handsome, caring, protective and has a charming personality and he will be spending his march break here while the rest of the family takes a plane to Florida excluding my sister. Besides my older sister no one will step into this house for a week. I feel really bad because Jax has anxiety issues about separation. he gets really stressed out whenever we leave him behind to go to school or work. He starts to cry (his crying sounds like a bird) and pace back and forth. Now his family will leave him and won't come back until seven days later. I will miss you Jax.

ReplyDeleteThe anecdotes in class are so far very well done. I actually just finished mine since I did change my idea last minute. I will now be talking about when I had a hole in my head. It was pretty cool. Hope all goes well!
ReplyDeleteThis Saturday I have to go to Riverdale to practice for my music competition that's in 3 weeks. We are kind of unprepared and need to practice more, so it is very important that I show up for this practice. The songs that we will be playing are Danza Latina, Malaguena and The Standard of St. George March. My favorite song is Malaguena since it has a cool Latino vibe about it. Hopefully we do great and get first place!

DeleteI haven't any idea what to write about in this blog. I'm really glad it's March break though, since this week has been really stressful. In almost every single class, I had a big assignment or test due in these past few days. I'm really close to sixty words now; I hope this last sentence will reach the requirement or whatever.

DeleteSorry my internet was not working yesterday. I think that these blogs are great idea. They help us be more creative about our thinking and they always help us become better at writing in general. They may not be the best bu they help.
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed listening to the anecdotes in class, they were all so interesting and appealing. I think it was also good that we were given a lot of time to do them since I had so much homework to do and tests to study for from other classes. Many people did it on injuries (including me) which I found really funny.
