My sister is super crazy about Christmas. To be honest i do not even think she cares about actually seeing the family. For her it is all about the gifts. She always decorates her door every Christmas and also puts lights up. Around 2 weeks before Christmas it gets really annoying to be around her because all she talks about is the gifts she want to get. I guess it is kind of normal but at herage i think it should start to calm down but its not.
My mom is the most crazy about Christmas in my family. She starts playing Christmas music in the middle of November. There isn't even any snow. When I try to turn it off, she gets sad and tells me to go sit in the back as a joke. She makes my dad put up the lights and the tree at the beginning of December. No one else even has their lights up. I love when my mom gets in the Christmas mood early, even if it drives me nuts. I love her too much to get annoyed.
"She starts playing Christmas music in the middle of November. There isn't even any snow" are you sure about that? XD it snowed two times in November. But in all seriousness if she's that crazy about Christmas then you should be excited for what you get for your Christmas present
I don't think there is necessarily one person around me that is crazy about Christmas but my family does loves Christmas. My father's a shift worker so us four being together without anything else doesn't necessarily happen a lot. So Christmas is something we celebrate all together and I think that gets everyone excited. My family also LOVES Christmas music so we have been listening to it for a while. It's not annoying because we do it together. It's a bit like a tradition.
In my family, although we do give gifts on Christmas, we try to stay away from the commercial aspects of the holiday and stick more to the traditional roots and values of Christmas. Therefore, I think my mom and my grandmother could be considered “crazy” about Christmas. My mom never let go of the child in her heart or whatever, so she always gets super excited and comes up with all kinds of original ways for my family to celebrate. My grandmother usually does Christmas dinner and always goes above and beyond in preparation for my big, fat, Ukrainian family on Christmas. I really appreciate these two people in my life and I am super duper grateful to have my family to celebrate with.
Out of everyone in my family I would nominate my mom for being the one crazy about Christmas. She and her friend went all the way to the States for the weekend and bought a ton of presents(don't ask me how I know). My mom also thought that we needed new Christmas decorations for inside the house. Now I do agree that it does seem more jolly in our residence because of the lights and little fake trees placed throughout our home. My mom also, around this time of year, enjoys not only shopping but listening to catchy melodies that come with the season. At home, she goes on Spotify, when she is cooking, and BLASTS the Christmas music so that I can hear it from the basement to my room. *Thanks.* My Christmas experiences wouldn't be the same without her, she makes the holidays much more enjoyable with her Christmas cheer and I look forward to them every year.
Somebody that is crazy about Christmas is my twin Isabella. She keeps mentioning how close Christmas is even when it was the beginning of November. It's not that she drives me nuts but it's just that we still have a good amount of school left plus exams. I will be exited when there is one week until Christmas. Whenever someone mentions Christmas break the first thing that I think of are the mid-term tests. It stresses me out therefore ruining the holidays. I always have to imagine how happy I'll be when I finish the last exam, knowing I didn't fail.
i know one person that i know that does a lot of stuff for christmas. every year since like grade 1 she puts a small tree in her room. she also puts upo lights around her room. she also talk about how excited she is about the holidays. im not big about christmas because i get tired of it fast. she doesn't bother me about it so it doesnt get annoying.
My younger sister is crazy about christmas. This weekend she asked so many times when we are going to get our christmas tree. My sister is so excited for christmas that she has been counting down the days until Christmas since halloween. She has also came up with a lift of gifts she would like already. She is the only one in my family who gets super excited.
The most crazy christmas person I know is on of my friends. BEFORE halloween she had a christmas playlist ready and she was listening to it already. She decorates her room a lot and her house even more. She’s always so happy about this season, and it’s great, but she needs to calm down a bit. Its quite funny actually.
People who are insanely obsessed with Christmas get on my nerves so much, and my friends all know it. Two of them, in particular, are the most enthusiastic people ever whenever Christmas comes up in the conversation. Christmas isn't just a day, apparently; according to them, it needs three months. I'm not even kidding, they were listening to Christmas music before Halloween. Personally, this is one of the most irritating things possible. I can't stand Christmas music, at this point, and I can hardly bring up exams without excited squeals of how close Christmas is.
I don’t know any people who are particularly crazy about Christmas and the holidays. We don’t really go crazy for our celebrations or ask much for gifts, mostly just money or gift cards. We have a big family gathering each year, and it’s always nice to have the family around. We have a nice big dinner and lots of delicious desserts, including a cake that we always have like Jesus’ birthday cake, because that’s what the holiday’s about! We all open our little gifts, small bags for the adults, envelopes for the teens, and large boxes for the younger kids. I find it really funny how the youngest always want and get the biggest box because at that age, all we really cared about was the size, not the utility. We always thought that bigger was indeed better, which still can apply to some things, but sometimes, it’s the little things that count.
not many people i know go crazy for Christmas... except my friend Bianca. She goes so hard for Christmas every year. It's understandable for people to decorate the house but she even goes the extra mile to decorate her room. She has a mini Christmas tree in her room with lights. She puts gifts under the mini tree.
someone i know that is OBSESSED with christmas would be myself. i wouldn't say i'm crazy about it, but i love when this time of the year comes around. this year, i literally put up the christmas tree and decorated at the beginning of november because thats how excited i was. i also started listening to christmas music right when halloween ended, so i guess you could say i'm kinda obsessed with this holiday. i am also super excited because christmas break is soon. the only down thing is that there are exams right before, but besides that i am so so excited!!!
The person that I know is the craziest about christmas is my sister. The thing that makes her the craziest person is that she alway want to put the tree up even before Halloween, and she always wants to make her own decoration to put on the tree. Even if she is crazy about christmas she is alway fun to be around, even she drives me insane when she want to talk about Christmas.
The isn't really anyone crazy about Christmas in my family , i'm kinda excited about it because I know what my gift is, my gift is a pillow but I requested it! Before anyone goes wait what? And tells me I'm stupid or something like that, I'd like to say that I got stiff pillows in my bedroom. And I'm getting the my pillow so I can have a better sleep and maybe even become a morning person! There isn't anyone in particular that drives me nuts as it makes the aura a little more cheery. Lets be real here everyone is crazy about he presents and what they'll get compared to the egg nog and the Santa Claus created by Coca Cola(yes the current dents with the red suit is a economic tactic so businesses can sell more). As for family events I'd say we might have a family gathering if my cousins don't go to Florida this year/ next year
Someone who used to be super obsessed with this holiday used to be me! I remeber going nuts for Christmas in Elementary school but ever since I entered high school, I focus too much on school and I don't have the time or energy to decorate. All I think about are exams. But I would say that my mom is getting pretty excited. Putting up decorations ( which means my mom forces my brother and I to do it ) and getting some eggnog for the family WAY too early. But I'm just excited to have two weeks off to relax and spend time with my animals and family at home! No matter how crazy some people can get, the rest of the December break is about turning into a happy sloth and sleeping all day in your bed.
my sister and my mom go hard for the holidays. we decorate the whole house like a month before Christmas and my mom starts to listen to Christmas music near the middle of October and I have to listen to crappy music none stop for two months. my sister starts to scream at me for turning of the music. my sister has Christmas lights in her room and even a small Christmas tree.
I'm not a big fan of those pop Christmas songs either but we have two decorations that you can wind up to play songs and my brother likes to play them both at the same time.
No one I know goes crazy for Christmas. If i had to choose one person though, it would be my aunt. Last year, she bought my whole family (like 20 people) Christmas hats and made us take millions (not an exaggeration) of photos. She also bought costumes and hats for her animals. She has dogs, cats and horses. The animals actually looked like they liked the costumes.
I dont think anyone I know is extremely into Christmas, at least none I can list off the top of my head. However, some of my family members do like to do some odd things. For example, my grandparents always get the tallest and skinniest tree they can find with the least amount of branches. They usually end up having more ornaments than branches on their tree. I guess it’s not that odd but we usually spend New Years Eve with my other grandparents and we celebrate Christmas and my grandfather's birthday all at the same time.
My mother is extremely crazy about Christmas. As soon as it's the holiday season she goes completely nuts and decorates the whole house from top to bottom. For her, everything needs to be perfect. My mom also bakes a lot of goods but I don't mind, as long as I get to eat it. I find my mom fun to be around since she likes to take a bunch of photos and blast Christmas songs as we bake and decorate, so I find her fun to be around.
I don't know anyone who is particularly crazy about Christmas, but i do know someone who gets annoyed with people who put up decorations early, that person is my dad. He doesn't hate Christmas it only bugs him when decorations go up even before December, which is understandable. Personally I love the atmosphere of Christmas, I love Christmas music, food, decorations and more, so I don't mind if decorations do go up quite early.
